P is for Patience when what we'd rather do is preach
Q is for all the Questions; the who, what, when and where
R is for Respect, this means some things they don't have to share
S is for Sensitivity when feelings get hurt
T is for Teachability, learn when not to assert
U is for Understanding, look from their point of view
V is for Vulnerable, let them know you're human too
W is for Wisdom, let the Bible speak to your heart
